How to Use

1. Use a blue deburring reamer to remove burrs from the tube. (Please note that the tube to be expanded must be a hose or annealed tube.)

2. Pull the expander handle to the 90-degree position, hold it in this position, and rotate the appropriate-size expander head onto the expander pin and tighten.

3. Fully insert the end of the pipe onto the expander head.

4. Push the lever handle down to the bottom.

5. Pull the lever handle back to the 90-degree position and remove the expanded pipe.
