Description

This EBC-A10H battery capacity tester is an electronic load with a charging function. It is suitable for charging and discharging capacitance tests of various batteries, mobile power discharge tests, and charging head power performance tests. The complete accessories, setting knob, and on/off switch are designed for convenient operation. The LCD can show voltage, current, capacity, etc. You can use it with confidence because of its various protection functions.

Application

It applies to the charge-discharge capacitance test of all kinds of batteries, the discharge test of mobile power supplies, and the performance test of charging head power supply. It supports the connection of computers and has more expansion functions through online software.

How to Use

1.Turn on the machine without clamping the battery.
2.Clamp the battery correctly, press the setting knob to enter the setting page, and exit after setting all parameters correctly.
3.Turn the setting button to switch to the required working mode, press the start/stop button to enter the working state, and press it again to pause.
4.Wait for the end of the test (alarm prompt), and the result page will pop up. Each time you press the start button, you can switch to view the test results of each time.
5.The second battery can be tested only after the test results are recorded manually.

Notes
1.The tester has built-in 24V power module.
2.A+ V+ is connected to the positive battery. A- V-is connected to the negative battery.
3.The charge cut-off voltage/charge current and discharge cut-off voltage/discharge current must be set correctly.
4.You can pause during the test, but you can't power off or disconnect the battery or switch the working mode, otherwise, the data will be cleared. To perform any operation during the test, you must first press the pause key.
5.It will record and overwrite the last data when working for more than 2 minutes.
6.If the battery core is seriously heated or the voltage rises/drops rapidly, it means that the current is too high or the clamp is in poor contact with the battery, or the internal resistance of the battery core is too high to be scrapped.
7.It is forbidden to test batteries that are not rechargeable or have zero voltage or damaged drums.
8.The radiator surface has a high temperature and is connected to the positive pole of the battery. Short circuits and touch are prohibited.
9.After the test, please remove the battery in time to avoid slow discharge of the battery into the machine.
10.Please carry out the test in an open environment without high-temperature flammable and explosive valuables around.
11.Please use the socket with good grounding (otherwise there may be leakage risk or slight induction).
12.Please do not disassemble the machine without authorization.
13.Please read the Chinese&English manual carefully before using it.
14.Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
