Details

Metal File: It is for polishing the welding pen to make the spot welding effect be kept in a better condition.

Spot Welding Pens: The 16.9 "welding pens are composed of multiple high-temperature wires, which have good anti-twisting ability and greater flexibility in bending and straightening. Along with the solid 0.27" copper shaft, anodizing treatment, and gold-plated terminals, the welding pens are beautiful and durable.

Front Interface Holes: The interface holes are designed at the front side, making the spot welding pens more flexible to use with an effective length of approximately 16.9".

Indicator Lights: The spot welding machine is equipped with red, blue, and yellow indicator lights for gear, power, and mode respectively, bringing you more convenience for your working.

Application：It is suitable for domestic and commercial use. It can be used for spot welding cylindrical lithium batteries, nickel metal hydride batteries, cadmium nickel cells, 18650/26650/32650 batteries, mobile phone batteries, etc. It applies to nickel sheet welding with a thickness of 0.1-0.3mm and welding of 0.1-0.25mm stainless steel sheets and stainless iron sheets.

Notes

1.This product does not include a Type-c charging cable.
2.When you receive the product, please fully charge it first to ensure a better spot welding effect.
3.If the product is received in Chinese, you can press and hold the first button on the front of the spot welding machine to switch it to English.
4.Please check whether the soldering pen is in good contact, and whether the contact head is sunken.
5.When spot welding, you just place the soldering pen lightly on the nickel sheet. Please do not press too much strength.
6.Please set an appropriate gear and delay time for different thicknesses of materials. We suggest that you first find a suitable large gear and then adjust the small gear. If the solder joint becomes black, lower gear, and if the solder joint is too small, please increase the gears.
7.Regarding the use of equipment, please ensure sufficient power when using it to ensure a better spot welding effect.
8.Before formal spot welding, you need to practice more. After you are familiar with the product, you will find that this is a very high-quality spot welding machine.
9.Please read the operating manual completely before use. And pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
10.Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
