Operating procedure:

1. Push the setting knob for loading the cleaning shaft until the knob stops.

2. Melt the solder where it needs to be removed.

3. Aim the nozzle at the molten solder and press the release button to suck out the solder.

4. Press the release button and push the setting knob without reloading the cylinder.

5. Push the adjustment knob, then pull the protector, the load mechanism is released.

Notice:

1. Do not remove the nozzle mechanically.

2. Do not let the solder fall into the nozzle to avoid short circuit.

3. Do not use damaged nozzles.

Daily care:

1. Push the setting knob all the way, then remove the nozzle.

2. Stuff the hit nozzle tin into the cylinder bracket and press it against the bracket.

3. Grasp the cylinder and axle bracket and turn counterclockwise, pull out and remove.

4. Clean the piston and inner cylinder with a brush, then oil.

5. Double check and replace the nozzle if necessary, as the nozzle may be damaged if the solder gets too hot.
