Notes
1. Unplug the power supply before doing any work on the machine itself.
2. The brushes should be checked periodically and replaced promptly with preheated brushes. After replacement, check if the new brushes can move freely on the brush holder and keep the motor running for 15 minutes to match the contact between the brushes and the commentator.
3. Keep the ventilation slots free of dirt and clean the accumulated dust and oil regularly.
4. In case of any accident during normal operation, immediately cut off the power, and check and repair the tools.
5. Periodically check all mounting screws to ensure they are properly tightened. If any screws are loose, tighten them immediately or personal injury may result.
