Application
The ratchet pipe threader kit is an ideal tool for the construction, pipe threading&pulling, pipeline&equipment installation industries, and creating new threads or repairing damaged threads on pipes. It is suitable for galvanized pipes, PPR pipes, copper pipes, aluminum pipes, carbon steel pipes, iron pipes, and plastic pipes.
How to Operate
1. Fix the pipe on the support and reserve a certain length of pipe at the front end for threading.
2. Install the threading die matching the end size on the ratchet handle and connect the threader with the pipe.
3. Push the die head with the left hand and rotate it clockwise (right-hand thread).
4. After the die has eaten a circle in the pipe, the left hand can be released, and the pattern on the die can feed itself. The magnet can be properly added to some cutting oil.
5. Stop threading when the pipe edge is flush with the wrench end, adjust the ratchet handle to reverse it, and slowly pull the die head out of the pipe.

Notes
1. This product does not apply to stainless steel pipes, non-standard pipes, and special-shaped pipes.
