How to change frequency:
Directly enter the frequency and press the lower left key to complete the setting. For example, press [7][.][8][3] and then press [OK] to set it to 7.83Hz. The default power-on output is 7.83Hz, and the setting range is 0.1~30KHz.

This model does not have adjustable frequency. The output is a square wave with a fixed 7.83Hz Schumann frequency. Press the mode adjustment button to switch between high-power flashing, low-power flashing, and steady-on lighting.
Instructions:
Take out the included USB cable, connect the round end to the circuit board, and plug the USB end into a power bank, USB charger, or other USB-powered device.
To change the frequency on the green adjustable model: Enter the frequency directly and press "OK" to complete the setting.
