1.If there is no sound when playing videos like Netflix, turn off Dolby sound on your connected devices or apps. (Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turn Dolby Digital (OFF).

2.Due to app copyright, watch the movies on Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and Hulu, only via connecting a Chromecast, Dongle, TV Stick, or Roku.

3.Ceiling wall projector mount stands only compatible single hole mount stand. The hole size of the bottom ceiling is M6 (diameter of 6mm and a length between 10-34mm).

4.Software update: The software will be updated from time to time so as to further improve product performance. You can check the latest version of the software and update it in the setting module.
